Professional Virginia breeding and show jumping operation in search of a show groom. Must have experience grooming for competition and working with young horses being started under saddle. This position requires working closely with the rider to develop top level show jumping horses and start young horses. Must be willing to travel and spend winter months in Florida. Individual must be able to plait, clip and professionally turn out horses for the competition arena. The position may include some riding if needed. Good organization, communication, and being detail-oriented are a must. Individual must be flexible, reliable, dedicated and bring a positive attitude.

Housing is negotiable. Will consider a pet, but no horses.
