Newly establish farm in Middleburg, VA looking for a full-time barn/farm manager to oversee operations, including working closely with H/J trainer. Duties to include managing staff (hire as needed/ensure quality); ensure tidiness of grounds as well as safety for horses; assist in growing operation inclusive of field boarders and Thoroughbred racing stock. Duties will also include hands on care of the horses - grooming, stalls, care, as needed (player/coach responsibilities - actively participating in responsibilities and overseeing others).

Ideal Candidate is mature individual with experience; detail-oriented; self-starter and take pride in keeping farm/barn clean and meticulously maintained for clients and horses. Good customer service skills, proactive and team player.

English speaking, legal to work in US
