Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Lesson Coordinator to join our team. As a Lesson Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of an equine riding lesson program by coordinating the scheduling of clients and riding instructors. You will work closely with staff, clients, and stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of program objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate program activities for equine lesson program, including scheduling, billing and logistics
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop program goals and objectives
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients, team members and stakeholders.
- Supervise program staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Provide administrative support, including maintaining program documentation and records
- Assist in the development of program policies and procedures Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Equine knowledge/experience
- Proven experience in program management
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships with clients, staff, and stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred:
- Proficient in MindBody Software
- Equine knowledge/experience
