RLR, a ministry of the Tim Tebow Foundation, is seeking a compassionate and skilled full-time PATH Instructor-Program Coordinator to be responsible for program development, implementation, and teaching mounted and unmounted traditional and adaptive lessons. With RLR, you will have the unique opportunity to grow professionally and spiritually while getting the opportunity to help others feel loved, cherished, and valued. Key Responsibilities: • Develop EAS programs for individuals, groups, and organizations • Train and coach staff in program implementation • Teach mounted and unmounted traditional and adaptive lessons to individuals, groups, and organization members • Work with the Director of Animal Assisted Programming, Community Relations Coordinator, Equine Manager and Volunteer and Events Coordinator on event scheduling and preparation, and attend as needed.

Qualifications • PATH Intl. CTRI, Advanced, or Master level preferred • Minimum 3 years working in an EAS therapeutic riding center as a certified PATH Instructor • Minimum 3 years participating in EAS lessons, events, and specialized programs • Strong horsemanship skills, including identifying soundness, lameness, illness; ability to deliver basic equine first aid • Willing to comply with established training protocol as determined by the Equine Manager • Demonstrate ability to ride both Western and English at intermediate level as determined by Equine Manager • Excited to work independently and part of a team • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Detail oriented and safety minded • Physical ability to handle horses and assist riders as needed (lifting, balancing, supporting etc.) • Willing to maintain compliance with Mission, Vision, and Values Statement of Faith of Tim Tebow Foundation and Rising Light Ridge
