Caroline M. Pamukcu Eventing is looking to add a groom and working students to her team for the balance of the 2025 season. As the US Eventing athlete with the most FEI wins for 2023-2024, as well as selling 90+ horses in the last two years, this is an exciting time to join Caroline’s 5* Eventing barn. Duties include grooming, tacking and untacking, cleaning tack and equipment, glamour shots for sales horses, assisting with video shoots, packing/unpacking for shows, and many other things.

Applicant needs to be a self-starter, detail-oriented, energetic, and work well in a team environment. This would be a great job for someone who wants to be in a big program and learn the business in a fast paced and exciting environment. If you are willing to learn, we are happy to teach you.

You will spend a significant amount of time with Caroline’s team who pride themselves on being a close knit, hardworking and fun-loving unit who are dedicated to supporting each other’s success. The position includes housing for one person in a camper in PA as well as a weekly stipend. Ideally, we are looking for our new team member to start in the next few weeks at our farm in Riegelsville, PA.
