We’re looking for someone humble, hungry, and horse-smart to join our team.

You have the experience to teach and ride at a high level—but you also remember your first time in the saddle. You're not too cool to work with beginners, and you know that not every student dreams of the Olympics. Some are here to chase goals, others just want to unwind after a long day—and you know how to meet each rider where they are.

Whether it’s helping an adult amateur rediscover their joy, or challenging an advanced rider to reach new heights, you tailor your teaching with purpose and care.

You believe deeply in the life-changing magic of horses. That’s why you're not just teaching lessons—you’re enrolling new riders into a journey. You help first-timers commit to a weekly program, not for the commission (though it’s generous), but because you know what horses can do for the human spirit.
