Liz Austin Dressage is hiring part time and full time barn help for our South Hamilton program.

We are a boutique dressage program focused on producing horses and riders to the highest level, with exceptional daily care as the foundation. Attention to detail, consistency, and pride in your work are essential.

Responsibilities include feeding, stalls, turnout, grooming, and maintaining a calm, organized, horse first environment.

We are looking for someone who: • Has solid horse handling experience • Is reliable, hardworking, and detail oriented • Takes pride in excellent care and presentation • Values being part of a positive, professional team

Opportunities to grow within the program, including riding for the right person.

Compensation, housing, and riding opportunities are open for discussion based on experience and overall fit.

Potential for winters in Wellington for the right candidate.
