Part-Time Grounds/Maintenance Associate Berryfield Dressage, Lincoln, MA is seeking a dedicated, part-time Grounds/Maintenance Associate. The ideal candidate should have experience operating and maintaining equipment (Tractor, Bobcat, Z Trak mower, snow blowers). The ability to perform repairs on fences, adjust electric fencing, assist in snow removal. Seasonal duties include removal & installation of indoor arena windows. Carpentry projects and some landscaping. Previous experience in ground maintenance, landscaping, equipment operation or carpentry, experience on a horse farm is a plus. We are looking for a candidate with attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a safe and esthetically pleasing environment. Applicants should be reliable, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills are essential, as is a willingness to adapt to changing priorities throughout the seasons. This position offers flexible hours, a supportive work environment, and the unique opportunity to contribute to the care of a premier dressage facility. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions. Weekend hours may occasionally be required.
