Lesson Program Manager will teach lessons from beginner through tadpole/Beginner Novice eventing with a focus on safety, a balanced and independent seat and excellent horsemanship. In addition, LPM will maintain the lesson horses through regular grooming and overall maintenance. Ideal candidate will have a pony club or eventing background or be willing to learn and understand the essential components of the progression of riding and horse management. Candidate will have a positive attitude, develop and maintain relationships with riders and parents and serve as a role model both as a rider and as a good citizen.

This is an opportunity to take over an established lesson program and make a name for yourself in the horse world. You will be the face of the farm and work directly with the owners to promote the farm and your lesson program. This can be full time or part time - option to to have a beginner instructor under you or maintain whole program. Many opportunities to develop your own program within a farm with 9 lesson horses/ponies, boarders, leasers, dressage arena, jump arena, trails and xc fields and jumps.

Roles and Responsibilities to include: Schedule and teach lessons Assist riders with developing and achieving goals Assess whether rider is aiming for competition or just fun and adjust lessons accordingly

The ideal candidate will have excellent people skills, a background in pony club or eventing (or a close discipline and willing to learn more), hard working, reliable, organized and a team player.
