Private facility based in Wellington, FL is seeking a top-notch Trainer, Rider, and Show Rider to work primarily with an up-and-coming young rider with big goals.
We are looking for someone truly exceptional — a brilliant teacher, an outstanding rider, and a positive role model who can help guide a talented, driven young rider and be a key part of building a serious program.
The ideal candidate must: • Be an exceptional communicator and mentor • Have extensive training and showing experience • Have great references, connections, and contacts to help find the perfect matches for our young rider to succeed in the ring, as well as placing our Sale Horses in the right homes quickly. • Be a go getter and want a succeeding team! • Be able to manage and plan show schedules well in advance • Be organized, professional, and adaptable • Have the experience and knowledge to help guide a program with big ambitions
This person should be enthusiastic, highly knowledgeable, and someone who has walked the path we hope to walk with our young rider.
We are looking for a true professional interested in a long-term relationship and becoming an important part of a supportive and ambitious team.
