**We’re Looking For ** We need a dedicated, reliable instructor who:
✔️ Has experience teaching both beginner and advanced riders. ✔️ Loves working with kids and is passionate about sharing the joy of horseback riding. ✔️ Values safety, structure, and positive reinforcement in their teaching style. ✔️ Takes responsibility, helps maintain a tidy barn, and works well with a team. ✔️ Can commit to weekend and flexible hours.
Responsibilities:
🐎 Teach lessons tailored to different skill levels, ensuring safety and confidence-building for all riders. 🐎 Educate students on horse care, grooming, and saddling as part of their training. 🐎 Maintain a structured, supportive, and engaging learning environment. 🐎 Track student progress and adjust lessons to individual needs. 🐎 Assist in maintaining equipment and keeping lesson horses in top condition. 🐎 Help with occasional events, clinics, or group lessons as needed. 🐎 Tune up lesson horses as needed to keep them responsive, well-mannered, and in peak condition for riders. This includes groundwork, conditioning rides, and addressing minor behavioral issues to ensure they are safe and enjoyable for students.
Compensation & Employment
✔️ We offer both 1099 and W2 positions, covering insurance (we do not pay in cash). ✔️ While the pay is not high, a full-time position may be available for the right fit.

**Key Qualities We’re Looking For **
The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills and be able to clearly instruct riders of all levels. Fluent English is required, and Spanish proficiency is a big plus. We need someone who is resourceful, quick on their feet, and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment. This role is more than just teaching—it’s about being an active part of the team, working together to ensure both riders and horses have the best experience possible.
