Quiet, peaceful and beautiful horse farm. 5 years minimum experience with horse stall cleaning, horse care and maintaining a farm required. 50% of this position is farm maintenance. Replacing fences, landscaping, painting, power washing, etc. Living accommodations provided. Drug, tobacco, alcohol and drama free professionals only. Perfect job for middle-aged individual looking to exit the rat race, but still keep busy on a farm.

If you are a skilled handyman, have formal experience caring for horses and have been employed to maintain a farm, we would like to hear from you. Our small 5 acre farm offers nine horse stalls in a quiet, safe equine neighborhood. A furnished room, utilities, Wi-fi, TV, kitchen, laundry, and free parking is available for the right candidate.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a calm and even-tempered demeanor, and a positive outlook. Personal hygiene is important, as is treating everyone with respect and courtesy—just as we will treat you.
