Soul Passion Farm, owned by 2023 & 2024 National Champion Rebecca Lord, is a private dressage facility set on 12 beautiful acres just minutes from the World Equestrian Center in Ocala, FL.

This is a unique opportunity for the right person to become part of a fun, close-knit team, working towards the owner’s vision of excellence for her farm and dressage performance horses. Winters (Mid-November to late May) are spent in Ocala, FL and summers in Cochranville, PA (June to Mid-November).

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years proven experience as a Show Groom (dressage, jumpers, or eventers). All aspects of working with high end show horses are expected including laser treatments, icing, preparing horses to ride, hand walking, remedies, and other needed special treatments. The position also includes completion of general barn tasks. This is not for someone looking for a casual job. We are looking for a hands-on, detail oriented team player who is a serious dedicated groom, committed to excellence and being one of the best. Love of horses and a positive attitude is a must.

Generous salary. The schedule is 6 days per week with 1 hour for lunch. Weekends and some evenings required. Training provided. This is not a riding position, and we cannot accommodate boarding of employee's horses.

The ideal candidate: Must be a US Citizen or hold a valid US work visa.
