Blue Clover Eventing is looking for a self-starter to join the team and gain experience at a 5-star barn working alongside our groom in her daily tasks. Duties include assisting Valerie’s groom at home and at some USEA & FEI events, routine barn chores, documenting aspects of each horse’s care management in Stable Secretary, daily maintenance and therapies, and lots of travel possibilities. Riding opportunities available based on experience.

Small operation, so we are focused on quality not quantity, makes for a great learning experience. You would be working alongside the BCE barn manager and groom and learning from the best of the best!

You (and your horse, if desired) would join our private upper-level Eventing operation, become a part of our program, and learn all of the ins and outs of a professional, high performance barn. We have roughly 15 lovely horses competing at all levels, currently based out of Micanopy, FL, but moving back to West River, MD, on April 5th. Candidate with own horse will get the most out of this opportunity, but not required.

BCE offers housing on site, full training board for one horse (complete with daily lessons, coaching, etc.), as well as generous pay. Ability to earn extras through competition grooming, braiding, clipping, shipping, etc.
