Seeking experienced maintenance man/property caretaker for a private horse farm in Kiowa, Colorado (south of Denver). Ideal candidate is responsible, reliable and has the leadership skills to help a small team of barn staff.
Duties include landscaping (mowing, tree trimming, sprinkler system maintenance, and snow removal), hay handling and storage, and general barn maintenance (fixing fences, managing pastures, misc. repairs). As well as mucking stalls and feeding horses.
Requirements: Must be able to operate skidsteers, tractors, and various tools and farm equipment.
