Ideally looking for full time member of staff but would consider part time/freelance. We have two amazing staff members but are looking for another to complete our team.

Family yard that breeds and produces competition horses in mainly eventing and dressage. We have every age from yearling to 30yr old retirees. Standard daily duties - standard of care is vital. We are a small team who all work really hard for each other and the horses welfare so professional communication is important for the health of the team. Applicant must have a good work ethic and open mindset, attention to detail and efficiency. Should have experience handling fit competition horses with calm and quiet approach.

Some riding available - hacking, free schooling, lunging, fast work, warm up and cool down. Option for further training in this area for the right candidate.

Standard full time is 5 day week 8am-5pm with one hour lunch break. PAYE roll with holiday and sick pay. No accommodation available at present but possible option to bring own horse. Negotiable salary options, perks and benefits for the right person.
