We are looking for another team-player to join our merry band!
Based on our working arable farm with a number of diversifications, we are looking for an experienced, motivated & cheerful individual to support us in a full-time hybrid role of weekend sole-charge groom & housekeeper / cleaner to a number of furnished let properties in the local town.

One weekday working as part of the larger team with the horses, enabling farrier visits & paddock maintenance. Option of full days on Saturdays & Sundays or mornings-only.
TWO / THREE DAYS per week (to total 5 days) Cleaning of communal areas and reporting of maintenance / compliance issues for our portfolio of 6 let properties in the local town of Bicester (15 mins away from the farm).
Our 'Work Family' is hugely important and this will be a vital / valued role to us as we grow, so there are endless options to pursue your interests for the right candidate.

Equestrian Employer Details
We are a 300 acre arable farm in Islip, near Oxford with a highly regarded retirement livery on-site.
Diversifications include a thriving hay production & delivery service, a construction business & a small number of investment properties in the local town of Bicester.
With approx. 40 horses in our care, this is not a heavily physical role as the number of stabled horses is limited to a maximum of 4 & we have invested in top of the range kit; a paddock sweeper, tractor & Gator, fully rubber matted stables, wash box with solarium & hot water etc. to ensure our focus is on the priority of horse welfare.
The yard office serves as a breakroom; fully double glazed & centrally heated with kitchen & shower room.
We are expecting to complete the build of an outdoor arena in 2025.
