YOUNG HORSE RIDER/GROOM

We are looking for an individual to join the team as a rider to jump the young horses aswell as flat the older horses. This position would include helping on the yard mucking out, grooming, bathing, keeping yard tidy etc. Then riding and working the horses.

We are looking for someone with experience riding young horses, we have lots of horses ranging from recently broken up to the established jumpers. The position would include schooling on and jumping the young horses as well as possibly breaking in young. Would include riding for competition horses as well as stallions. To also include flatting the older horses. Must have experience with sharp stallions. Also experience and to be Competitive around at least 1.20m in the ring.

There could be an opportunity to compete the 4 and 5 year old jumpers but the candidate for this must have plenty of experience and record in the ring.

Must be able to work efficiently and as a team player on the yard, as well to a fast pace.
