We are a small, friendly, family-run riding school licensed by the local authority. We cater to riders of all ages and abilities, offering a range of services from pony rides to private lessons. We also offer a bespoke support service to challenging and vulnerable young people and their families, fostering growth and development in a therapeutic, outdoor environment.

We are looking for a dedicated groom / instructor / mentor. This role involves the daily care of horses, dogs, chickens, and other animals, alongside providing instructional and mentoring support to our clients. To be passionate about animal care, equestrian activities, and supporting young people with various needs.

Need to have experience in animal care, particularly with horses and small animals. Strong equestrian skills and experience in teaching riding lessons. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work with challenging and vulnerable young people. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Will be required to have a DBS check. First aid certificate and safeguarding certificate is a bonus but if haven’t we can organise for you.
