Responsibilities

• Professional training of polo horses for matches and tournaments • Development and execution of individual training plans (conditioning, speed, agility) • Preparing horses for matches (saddling, bandaging, cooling down) • Support during polo games and tournaments (domestic and international) • Coordination with players, coaches, and veterinarians • Care and maintenance of equipment, as well as managing horse health and feeding routines

Requirements

• Extensive international polo experience (minimum 5 years) • Proven track record in training and developing polo horses • High level of resilience and flexibility (evening and weekend assignments) • Willingness to travel for tournaments • Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and reliability • Language skills: English and Spanish required; German an advantage
