Full Time, Live-in position available for a motivated groom, we can offer you housing at the premises, possibility to bring your own horse and receive training. We are a stable focussed on dressage, selling high-end FEI ponies and (young) dressage horses with international quality.

What are we seeking?

• It would be great if you have your own transport/drivers license.
• The general stable duties at home are ordering and maintaining barn activities, farm duties such as; tacking up, clipping, assisting with clients and photoshoots.
• Mucking out by machine.
• Must be inquisitive, trustworthy, clean, tidy, able to work on own as well as with others.
• Our priority is the wellbeing of our horses so a love and care for horses and their environment is paramount.
• Open for someone to join our team either short or long term.

Daily Tasks • 7:30 AM: Start the day by putting horses in the walker and outside. • Morning: Begin saddling up horses for training sessions. Rotate horses in the walker and assist with caring for them after training (e.g., cooling down, grooming, and preparing them for the next session). • Midday Feeding: Feed the horses and turn them out again. Continue with saddling and grooming tasks as needed. • Afternoon: Finish the day by untacking, cleaning, and caring for the horses. Occasionally assist with competitions or photoshoots. • Lunch Break: One-hour break during midday. • End of Day: Workday ends at 5:00 PM.

Our facility 'Stoeterij Sprengendal' is a stunning equestrian complex designed to accommodate 50 to 60 horses, with our section housing approximately 25 horses. Located in a picturesque area between the German border and Zwolle, the property offers easy access to major cities: just 30 minutes from both Enschede and Zwolle.

The stable boasts a modern, architecturally impressive design, with convenient apartments situated above the stable building. This setup provides a unique and practical living experience in a serene equestrian environment.

We specialize in the development of young horses, ensuring their care and training in top-quality facilities.
