📣 Head girl / Yard Manager or part or full time groom Position

We are looking for a new member to join our existing team for our yard of up to 30 horses, ranging from foals to event horses and liveries as well as a small breeding programme.

❗️Must have a high attention to detail and work to high standards but also time efficient ❗️

We are looking for someone who has a positive attitude and would lead by example. Someone who is a problem solver and has a supportive character. Help in setting up for competitions and venue hires.

We have an amazing purpose built yard with beautiful horses who are each treated as individuals and are all cared for like members of the family so someone who puts the horses first!

Ideally able to hack out , gallop and school a range of horses but this is not essential. Ideally have their own transport or accommodation could be provided.

All day to day yard duties as well as travelling to training and events is an option if wanted, or happy for the role to be a stay at home groom. Sole charge will be needed when I’m away Eventing. Yard maintenance also need fence repair / mowing etc.

🔹5/6 day week to include occasional weekends will be needed 🔹Wage dependant on experience 🔹We have space if you want to bring your own horse with the benefits of receiving regular training and support with your competition goals. Also to help with the running of the equine water treadmill and dealing with clients etc.

Working with a fun and exciting up and coming team of horses. Option to do apprenticeships and BHS stages and also go travelling to events and have the option to ride horses at home and competitions.
