Do you love developing young horses in a harmonious and individualized way? Is the well-being of the horse always your top priority? What We Are Looking For: We are searching for an experienced rider to help develop our talented young dressage horses. The role includes:

• Breaking in young horses and guiding them through their first steps under saddle
• Developing them with patience and care until they are ready to compete in young horse classes
• Focusing on an age-appropriate, harmonious training approach that allows the horses to develop at their own pace If you have a good feel for horses, listen to them, and train them based on their individual needs, we would love to hear from you!
