Looking to add a professional/experienced Show Jumping Groom to our team here at Lothlorien Farm. We are a private show jumping yard in Ontario going to shows here, across Canada, and in the United States. We are looking for people with a passion for horses and the sport of show jumping

Must be dependable - rain, snow, or shine, horses need to be cared for. Good communication, self-motivated, and a good work ethic all keys to success at Lothlorien.

Previous barn experience mandatory - must have horse care experience and knowledge. We have a range of horses from young to old, all show horses, including stallions. Experience with professional show jumpers an asset. Drivers license required. Passport an asset. This is not a riding job. *Must be able to work in Canada, this means you are either a Canadian resident or you already have a valid working visa

Responsibilities would include mucking and cleaning stalls, turn out, machine work, feeding and administering medicine, night checks, tacking up/down, grooming/clipping, getting horses ready for shows, attending shows, and other general barn work/cleaning. FEI show grooming opportunities available dependent on knowledge, and experience.

6 day work week. Benefits provided after 3 months. Vacation days starting at 2 weeks.
