2026 is bringing lots of new opportunity's for us to grow and expand, so we’re on the lookout for new team members to grow with us!
Riding Instructor Hours: Part-time (with the potential for more) Availability: Weekdays and some weekends
What the role includes: Teaching both adults and kids, from beginners through to more advanced riders Leading trail rides Running group programs Assisting with EAW (Equine Assisted Wellbeing) sessions
What we’re looking for: A confident, safety conscious & friendly instructor. Weekend availability, plus some weekday shifts NCAS Level 1 qualification (or willingness to obtain it- paid for by us) You'll be right at home at JWE if you're fun, outgoing, a people person and a team player
We would love it if this person could also ride- we have horses coming in for schooling and sales on behalf, so there is an option for ridden work to make this up to a full time gig.
The job is Monday- Friday, with the odd Saturday as needed. We are happy to work in with the right person around hours, depending on what suits you. Above award wages, superannuation, and work cover.
There is an option to live in, and bring your own horse if needed.
