Brigadoon Farm is seeking a tough, motivated and hardworking student to join our team! All horses on site have produced over a million dollars in reining and cutting. There are no boarders nor outside training horses. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced training barn while building skills both on the ground and in the saddle, Must be 19 or older. Includes on-site housing, salary based on experience, and an opportunity to become a permanent part of the team.
Though we have 24 horses on site, most of them are trained reining horses ranging in age from 35 to 7 and do not need to be trained. The trainer would be responsible for keeping the stallions ridden and starting/finishing 4 young horses. The current staff is available to help tack up, exercise, warm up any of the horses being worked with.
