Yes! While I attended California Lutheran University in 2005-2006 I took Introduction to Horsemanship as a credit. I scored wonderfully and I adored the class. We did some light hurdle jumping too which was completely awesome.

Barn Hand - clean horse stalls, feed grain twice daily, 3x for hay, refresh water buckets, administer oral horse medications, turn horses in/out of their stall to pasture.

Good eye for spotting things! While working in Katy, TX at a horse show there was a somewhat large jagged nail sticking out of the side on the inside of one of the horse’s stalls. I noticed it and let my manager know and we removed it right away.

High turn out of horses at Bear Creek Stables 35-40 horses 2-3x daily.

I’ve ridden Western and English. I would love to learn Dressage and Hunter.
