Qualifications

No formal equine certifications, but extensive hands-on experience across South Africa and the U.S. Financial and visa constraints limited access to courses, but I gained practical skills working closely with veterinarians, assisting with horses, cattle, and wildlife care. Highly adaptable, quick to learn, and eager to pursue formal training opportunities to further develop my skills and contribute long-term.

Duties of Current Occupation

Managed daily farm and property operations, including feeding, monitoring animal health, identifying illness, and maintaining clean, safe environments. Calm, attentive caretaker with strong hands-on experience handling animals and overall upkeep

Although small operations i do have extensive hands-on equine experience across South Africa and the U.S., including daily care, feeding, turnout, and health monitoring. Skilled in handling varied temperaments and building trust, including with difficult horses. Consistently maintain hoof checks, observe for illness, and support overall horse well-being through attentive, routine care.
