Operations/Breeding Management Assistant Trainer (thoroughbreds) Exercise rider (thoroughbreds)

I began working for this stable in December 2020 when Michelle Nihei Racing Stable took all the racehorses to Florida. I handled the breeding season records for the 9 broodmares we had on Circle 8 Ranch in Versailles. We have since grown exponentially and now have nearly 100 horses of various ages and locations to maintain records on according to their age and lifestyle. Assistant Trainer: I would feed, check legs, assist horses in getting to the track, and work with veterinarians, equine chiropractors, blacksmiths. I also worked the July Fasig-Tipton Horses of Racing Age sale in July. I broke my leg 2 weeks into this position and once workers compensation restrictions were lifted this trainer told me he could not offer me a job to return too. Exercise Rider: I was an exercise rider for this racing stable at Keeneland in March 2023. We moved to Turfway Park the end of July 2023. I also managed payroll for the employees in the sting I was with.

I used to gallop on the racetrack. I have an off-the track horse that is an eventer that I take lessons on.
