The Stable Maintenance position assists the Stable Manager to ensure the operations of the equestrian program and the needs of the physical plant are being attended to in the most effective and efficient means possible.
● Ability to operate School tractors, trucks, equipment and horse trailers ● Responsible for daily and weekly barn chores ● Maintaining rotating schedule and handling unplanned repair requests ● Executing special projects ● Coordinate with the Operations team to schedule usage of shared equipment. ● Schedule, as assigned by the Stable Manager, specific deliveries ● In collaboration with the Stable Manager, ensure the physical plant is free of defects and submit work orders as needed for repairs

● High School diploma and minimum 3-5-years’ experience as a well-regarded professional in the equine industry and/or farm management ● Must have a valid drivers license ● Must have experience using a variety of equipment. ● Appreciation of, and commitment to, single sex and boarding school education
