Requirements

We are seeking a horse professional with management experience including:

  • Ground work experience
  • Horse psychology knowledge
  • Ability to read horse body language/nonverbal communication
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to on-going personal & professional development
  • Alignment with Gateway HorseWorks’ mission, vision, and values
  • Eagala certification preferred, yet not required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, yet not required
