General Groom Carriage Driving Groom Yard/Barn Manager

Emerald Hill Farm is hiring a barn manager / groom for our private 8 stall hunter jumper barn in Greenville NC. This is a live in position, no travel. Flexible on full or part time for the right candidate.

Duties include: feeding, turn in /out, blanketing, cleaning stalls, dragging ring, general horse care, night check, scheduling, ordering supplies, and other routine barn chores.

Housing: Above barn studio apartment with utilities, tv, internet, washer/dryer included

Offering competitive pay based on experience. References required. Must have horse experience. Position does not include any riding or training duties.

Emerald Hill Farm is a private 8 stall hunter/jumper barn located just outside of Greenville, NC. The farm is situated on over 30 secluded acres of rolling countryside in the 235 acre gated, equestrian community of Emerald Hill. Emerald Hill has two well-qualified professional trainers with extensive national experience, who work with the farm to provide excellent, individually designed training programs for horse and rider. We are focused on quality care in a safe environment and have a barn manager apartment above the barn. Some of the barn amenities are beautiful 12x16 stalls, a spacious lounge and tack room, a 180x250 riding ring with lights, trials, and 4 board pasture fencing.
