About Bosque Equine Connections: Our facility is designed to provide both trainers and horses with the best environment possible: State-of-the-art barns: Climate-controlled, fully renovated stalls, including specialized stallion or foaling stalls.
Riding & Training Facilities: Covered arena, outdoor round pen, and the potential to add another outdoor arena.
Pasture & Turnout: Irrigated pastures with shelters to ensure horse safety and comfort.
Community & Growth: Share the facility with a growing Hunter/Jumper training program.
Role Overview: This is a part-time instructor role with the opportunity to grow into full-time as your program expands. You will have the chance to start a lesson program from the ground up, focusing on beginners and building relationships with both children and adult riders.
Responsibilities: Teach beginner riders in both mounted and unmounted lessons School horses for lessons and maintain consistent training routines Assist with initial horse care duties (feeding, grooming, stall maintenance) Potential to take students and horses to shows as the program grows Maintain a positive, supportive, and professional learning environment Help shape the culture and growth of a new lesson program

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Preferred 3+ years of riding and teaching experience
- Strong Hunter/Jumper background
- Positive, goal-oriented teaching philosophy
