ISO! Looking for an experienced professional to help us expand our sales and training program to be year round in Ocala, FL. We are a high end H/J barn focused on sales/leasing, importing, and lovely clients. We are currently based in MA and seasonally in Ocala, FL (5 minutes to WEC). We now intend to expand our programs to be a year-round presence in Ocala! Looking for a professional with experience in bringing along young horses to the hunter/jumper/equitation rings and experienced in sales/leasing and coaching. Showing is a part of this role. Busier winters when the whole team comes down for circuit and slower summers with a handful of sale horses and Ocala based clients. Little to no barn work, groom already on site. Housing available. Responsibilities include riding, teaching, showing, clipping, organizing trials, communication with buyers. Experience trailering strongly preferred. Reliable and good communication a must. This is a full time position in FL, but applicant MUST BE WILLING TO COME TO MASSACHUSETTS UNTIL CIRCUIT STARTS TO MEET THE TEAM, learn the program, and get to know the horses. Candidates can be FL resident and willing to come temporarily to MA or can be MA or out of state resident willing to relocate to FL for the year when circuit starts.
