Looking for an experienced H/J professional to join our team in Central MA. We are a high end H/J program barn that focuses on sales and leasing with a small group of lovely clients. Ideal Candidate would have the following skill set : -Take the initiative in advertising sale horses, networking, organizing trials, and communication with buyers. -Be a proactive, hands on, all-in, get things done type personality who can work independently as well as be part of a team effort. -Accomplished rider who can ride both client and farm owned horses for training and sales, willingness to work within a proven training program. -Manage horse care, spot issues and have the experience to resolve them. -Experience driving trailers.
- Have a strong management presence and assist in managing day to day barn operations, staff duties, training, lessons, and general horse care. -Organized, dependable, personable and have good communication skills Opportunities to show and or travel to Ocala with us in the winters available for the right candidate.
