Ariel Grald Equestrian has an immediate opening for a full-time FEI head groom. Applicants should be highly motivated, reliable, detail-oriented and comfortable handling fit event horses. As a rider, I am very hands on and we will work together to oversee the horses. Our program currently contains 12 horses, ranging from green 4 year olds to 5. This individual will be in charge of daily care and management of approximately 8 FEI horses while assisting with care of the lower level horses. Daily duties include feeding, turnout, mucking, tacking/untacking and after exercise care. This is a unique opportunity for an individual who wants to engage in all aspects of the operation of a top high-performance eventing program. This is challenging but rewarding work, and we all pitch in as a team. This job is 6 days/week, with travel to competitions throughout the US and Europe in 2026. On-farm housing and competitive salary (depending on experience) are provided. Must have own transportation. This is not a riding position.
