48 stall show hunter/jumper show barn looking for an at home in Naples flat rider. Full time position, live in, mostly flat riding horses and some teaching. must be team player open to working within trainer's program. Prefer background in equitation/hunters/jumpers. must be willing to be hands on and jump in and groom for trainer on days low on grooms or help trim/bring horses in from turn out if needed, and generally assist trainer in making day go smoothly more riding while trainer is showing so must have flatting skills. opportunity to ride very nice horses at a beautiful high end facility with great people.
