** We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude to come join our team in Ocala FL as a working student in our competitive dressage barn. The job entails all aspects of daily farm duties including feeding, cleaning stalls, watering horses, turn out, blanketing, mowing, etc. Housing is provided. Candidate must me highly trustworthy, hard working and reliable.  In exchange for being a Working Student, you'll have the chance to learn and show on top notch horses with a world class trainer. If you are lazy or into drama, you need not apply. We are looking for someone as passionate as we are with the drive to succeed.

**Must be kind and have a great compassion for animals. Must pay attention to details.

Flexible schedule. Full time is 5 work days a week, part-time is whatever we make it, but must be consistent.
