Do you have horse experience but no formal qualifications? Do you want to train towards your BHS stages while earning a good wage?

If so then this may be the job for you! We are looking for a full time junior instructor to join our busy riding school in London.

It would be a hands on job with plenty of working with customers, riding and regular training.

It is a full time position (5 days per week) to include weekends however during school holidays you may swap your day off to a weekend day. The hours are 8.30-6 during the week and 7.30-5 at the weekend.

We are looking for someone with previous horse experience (doesn’t have to be teaching as we can train you), hard working, reliable and passionate about their work. There will be plenty of riding if you are an experienced rider but if not you will receive regular lessons.

In return we can offer regular training, plenty of riding, a good wage and a great working environment with other friendly team members. In your first year of being with us we would hope to have you qualified with your BHS Stage 1, BHS road safe (or equivalent challenge award) and close to taking your BHS Stage 2. We also pay for you to take your exams.

It is a light and spacious double bedroom with a shared bathroom and kitchen/living area. The accommodation is a short walk from the stables and in a prime location with public transport links and shops within walking distance. There will be a reduced rent charged and you will be expected to pay for your own bills (split between the 3 of you).
