With immediate effect we look for a full time dressage groom.
We offer:
- legal labor contract
- 5,5 days per week with 8 working hours
- 24 days of holiday
- daily lunch at stud
The work consists:
- preparing horses for riders
- assist veterinary, farrier and physiotherapist
- subject to qualification, support in hacking out and lunging horses
- taking care of the horses, i.e. feeding, taking them out to the paddock, medical care if necessary, cleaning the boxes (ten with rubber mats) and the paddocks, keep the yard clean and take care of the dogs
This is a dressage groom position, not a rider position.
We expect:
- self-motivated, responsible employees who take responsibility and are able to work in a team.
- experience with stallions is of help.
- fluent Spanish or German or English
- driving license and own car is a must
- Minimum age is 21 years
ONLY EU PASSPORT!!

Lusitano Stud between Marbella and Malaga. We have breeding mares and various stallions. The finca is 3 km outside of the lively town. 20 minutes to the international airport of Malaga, 20 minutes to the seaside. Public transportation is limited.
