daily care and maintenance of horses in and out of the stables, mucking out stables and paddocks

Organize feeding, grooming, exercise routines, medical care, communicating with farrier & vets

ensure the facility is kept to the highest standard of hygiene and safety

prepare horses for daily exercise and competitions, grooming, tacking and untacking, washing horses, cleaning tack etc

Assist in show prep, plaiting, clipping and a high standard of horse presentation.

Manage inventory of supplies, ordering as required and ensuring the yard is well equipped and stocked.

Minimum 2 years proven experience

Strong knowledge of horse care, grooming and stable operations

Excellent communication, organisational skills and work ethic

Ability to work early mornings, weekends and travel to shows when required

Fully furnished studio, kitchen, and private bathroom.
